Did anyone else have problem with service dept. car was towed in on Monday and now it won't be looked at till wednesday. Thats not a way to make na new customer.

I've always had a good experience with their service. It sounds like they're waiting for approval for warranty or recall work.

Mine was towed last Saturday just got it back today said something about waiting for Ford to approve it
