I really like this resort for my girl, but every time I bring her here she gets sick exactly 1 week later. She’s fully vaccinated and I understand the Bordatella vaccine is like the flu shot for humans, where there’s no guarantee. But, the first time it was a cough that eventually went away. They second time it was a bacterial infection in her nasal passages that caused excessive coughing, congestion, and lots of phlegm and mucous. We had to give her a week, plus, if antibiotics for that. Now, since boarding her recently, exactly 1 week, to the day later, she has got diarrhea. She’s wasn’t around other animals after boarding and between her illnesses and the timing is too spot on to think it’s something else. It’s really like clockwork that it’s a week later. It’s a shame because the resort is wonderful with her, but I just can’t keep paying the resort bill AND a vet bill every time she stays.

They treat my dog like a king! Love my daily photos. I never worry about his care when he is at Pet N Play!

Great service and I love the report card at the end of the day. We will be coming back. It's worth it to know my baby is in good hands.
