Hello Ariel, Chris makes it his goal to return every single call each day. Sometimes that is impossible due to the massive call volume so we return calls the next day. It is EXTREMELY unusual that someone is unable to connect with Chris. Either way, we systematically go through and return each call in the order it was received. They're still open, but the guy who runs it is very unreliable, and doesn't respond to email. Don't pay any attention to what's on the website. If you want to schedule a move, you need to call. Then check the calendar to make sure you actually get scheduled. And don't let up until you see that you are actually scheduled. Also, the rates listed on the website are very outdated. They're now charging like ~35% more. And Chris's estimates for the number of hours a job will take are often about half the amount of time it will actually take. If you can get past Chris's lameness, they guys he employs are hard workers and still relatively affordable. Unlike other movers, they don't spend a ton of time wrapping everything while the meter's running. On the flip side, if you don't do some wrapping yourself, expect a few dings...
