I and my dad (RIP) bless his soul. Went to office to pick up applications ? The ones that are on the wall where the door and security officer stands. He refused to open door. He refused to let us up pick applications off the wall he refused to hand us applications when we asked since he wouldnt let us in to pick them . he had on a real gun and he kept his hand on it while refuseing to help us get our applications so we may recieve help for one new card and two request a payee transfer due to the fact I have moved from one state to back home here with family. My situation is time sensitive? And important. I have made several calls and just had nothin but hangouts n dropped calls while waiting on hold for the longest 3 hours. What do I do ? I dont trust doing my social security on line at all due to I had been hacked once. Can anyone please help me get the applications and appointments I need? & to get past that security gaurd that has truely made things so munch more difficult 4 me ?
I believe it's by appointment only or by phone during the pandemic but there is also a drop box. The security guard should let you in to use the drop box if you knock.
