Ya cant get them on the phone nor attend your appointment due to the gaurd not letting you in the door so you can attend your appointment. Plus I have been on hold several times for hours on end and I get hung up on. This is not good for coming back to my home town. What happend yall?

I have tried since February 2022 to resolve a problem been hung up on twice After 20 minute waits, I get nowhere. I have left message after message for callbacks and still no one calls me back I Can't talk to anybody that knows anything. I am so Frustrated with this whole system. I even called the national number and they couldn't help me.

Can I make an appointment to see a representative concerning a discrepancy in my social security earnings statement? I am currently receiving benefits but three years of earnings are not accounted for.

My suggestion would be to go in personally if you are able. As a walk in. Also maybe try to obtain the form on the website, download and print it. I do not work for the ssi department but I have come to find going in I am able to get what I need. Best of luck

I and my dad (RIP) bless his soul. Went to office to pick up applications ? The ones that are on the wall where the door and security officer stands. He refused to open door. He refused to let us up pick applications off the wall he refused to hand us applications when we asked since he wouldnt let us in to pick them . he had on a real gun and he kept his hand on it while refuseing to help us get our applications so we may recieve help for one new card and two request a payee transfer due to the fact I have moved from one state to back home here with family. My situation is time sensitive? And important. I have made several calls and just had nothin but hangouts n dropped calls while waiting on hold for the longest 3 hours. What do I do ? I dont trust doing my social security on line at all due to I had been hacked once. Can anyone please help me get the applications and appointments I need? & to get past that security gaurd that has truely made things so munch more difficult 4 me ?
Social Security can answer lots of questions but another useful source in town is the Senior Center. That's where my parents got a lot of info and help. I am not a senior but have Medicare through SSDI and the Social Security office in Placerville has always had answers for me or at the very least they help me get to the right place for what I need. I hope this helps and that your questions and concerns are answered.
I had naturalization. USCIS gave me the local number for the Placerville office and I called to make an appointment. When I went they were appointment only and they would like you to believe they were actually closed but you just knock on the inside door and a guard checks you in.
