We were told by an employee of W.I. (on a truck)that they do NOT recycle what they collect for recycling, they bury it IN THE LANDFILL! Why am I paying $42/qtr for this service then?? Wondering if its true?

I am one of the drivers on a recycling truck.and I assure you that every bit of recycling I pick up is recycled.not one bit goes into a landfill there is a specific building built and designed just for recycling.
