Timely pick up, care given to call if they are unable to pick up the trash on the scheduled day. Friendly staff. My son loves watching the guys grab our trash cans!

I live in a community where everybody else’s recycling gets picked up but my recycling does not get picked up. I called to complain and was told that someone will call me back. I heard nothing. Two weeks later I called again because my recycling was not picked up. I was given an email address to reach out to them to complain. The email address was not valid.

They are easy to reach if necessary. I love that after collection the cans are turned sideways and the lids are closed. Its a good price and they have been dependable.

Yes but they had stopped taken customers to provide better service . You would have to call them first.
Scarboro Hills has a free drop off for brush and leaves on Scarboro Rd in Street Md
While we provide cans free of charge with our service, taking care of any repairs or replacements due to manufacture defects and normal wear & tear, it is the customers responsibility for the proper maintenance, storage, and cleaning of our cans while using our service. We do charge a fee should we need to repair or replace a can due to negligence, misuse, or theft, either by the customer or others, as our cans are to be returned in reasonable condition at the end of service.
