They keep skipping us, watched them take the neighbor across the street's trash a few minutes ago when mine has been sitting out there full for a week. I'm paying for a service that is not being provided. About to report them to the bbb and move on to a new company.

We had this company prior to moving to our new house. They were unreliable then and now in the new house, they are still unreliable. Contacted them today to see why our trash wasn't picked up and was told that they weren't done for the day and yet still here we are 10:01pm, trash still hasn't been picked up AFTER being told it would be. This company is trash and we will be leaving their service.

If I could give 0 stars I would without any hesitation. Our trash was not picked up more often than being picked up. This latest missed stint has been 3 weeks long and that is with me calling their office every week the morning of pickup to remind them to service me. Not to mention I caught them on security cameras throwing our recyclables into their trash truck as well as them throwing our trash in their supposedly recycling truck. Overall, we had enough. We canceled their service today. Going with Harford Trash Service (locally owned & operated) whom our neighbors already switched to and they have a 4.5 Google rating.

Seriously Doubt you will Ever get an answer from them! They left my trash So Many times, I must've called 6 times for them to come back out & get it, in last yr! I just pd 90.00 & they left trash All Over our street this morning! I have pics, but of course No Way to post to them! Horrible Service! Good Luck

Anybody's guess. They do not adhere to the normal calendars of private or govt organizations. They sometimes pickup on the day after normal pickup. Sometimes they use a different algorithm. Roll of the dice.

It would depend if it's paperback or hardcover. We cannot accept a hardcover book for recycling. I would encourage you to reach out to your local library for other options.
