Hi Erin, if power was disconnected due to a storm we should not have charged a reconnect fee. It seems that in this situation, the CCR misinterpreted the fees documentation since this is not a member request but more of a hazard situation. We apologize for the oversight. We are a co-op which is a non-profit electric utility that is owned by the consumers it serves. Our goal is to provide at-cost electric service to you, our members.
