Im pretty sure they would accept it. They might just need some kind of proof that you did actually buy it, like a reciept or something of the like. Also make sure that there is no gasoline in the car or any other fluids like oil, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, windshield wiper fluid and break fluid.
Yes it would be no issue just as long as there is no gas tank and bill of sale
