Great place to clean up my vehicle

My car was just as dirty when I left, the brushes weren't working and the buff dry on the way out didn't work. And only 3 of my tires got tire shine. I sprayed bug and tar remover on my car so it would come off, I even wiped it with a paper towel in a spot to see how hard it would be to get it off. It came right off. So the spinning brushes should have cleaned it easily. Didn't touch it. I was very upset. as I put a 20 in for the freaky clean wash and didn't get any change back.

Pay more and get less, price goes up, equiptment breaks down. No tire dressing, the buff and dry is always broken. Forget about using the vacuums. Customers hog the areas by detailing the inside and outside their vehicles instead of moving on after they vacuum.

Used to be one of the better car washes in Monroe. But just went through the wash and as I was vacuuming out my truck when pI noticed the right side of my truck had not been clean. So I paid for another wash and went back through. As I was going through the wash I notice the brushes on the right hand side of the wash we're not working. Once the wash was complete I drove up to the office. The attendant inside said he knew the brushes were not working. Stated it was a maintenance issue and he does not do maintenance. He did say this problem has been going on for a little while and he could get no one to perform maintenance on the wash. I would recommend going to Solar Shine at least their equipment works.
