Does Burke County DSS help SNAP recipients with spaying or neutering dogs. Have had dog for years and he needs calming down

No but there is a program at petsmart in Morganton they do help....cant remember name,but they meet at petsmart at night ..call burke county friends for animals they probably know info...

Dnt know I dnt think they do. but u can use care credit and pay for it then make monthly payments
