Yes, we can help. We need to make sure that the dealer that you purchased the unit from has filled out the registration as they should have added if not you would have to supply proof of purchase. After that, we can inspect the unit and determine if your issue is something that warranty would cover. If the problem is warrantable we would repair at no cost to you, however if we find the issue is something warranty would not cover, you owe for a diagnostic charge lug around $17 to inspect and call you with an estimate.
