Not really. The walking trails are all rocks and roots with several bridges, creek crossings, stairs and trees down across the paths. So pretty technical. Also note the elderly and families go there with small children and dogs. Same trails. Use by mountain bikes isn't the purpose of this nature park and if that sort of use becomes frequent it'll damage the park and the city might very well clamp down.
As Mark said above, no bike trails at brookhaven. Umztead and Lake Crabtree are great options
No. Nice walking trails but no bikes. Id suggest Umstead or Lake Crabtree for local bike trails.
