So they only have properties in the hood?? And why sooo many bad reviews about Andy Clark ? Asking for myself imnlooking for an affordable place that will work with my credit but not have to worry about the neighborhood safety

Andy Clark has a 3 bedroom home by spring garden not a bad area but not the best and the rent is 1800.00. That’s a lot for the hood and 3 bedrooms ?????????
