It has taken me a while to get to this review because I was so disappointed and deeply traumatized after the experience I had with this "business", not Im sure about the facility much but the staff (mainly one of them) and the "service" or relief that they called themselves offering to myself an my children was horrible. The experience I had was so degrading and disappointing. They started off seemingly like they would help in a major way. I had a large amount of damage done to my house due to an unexpected fire. It would take a while for the repairs to be done. They didn't offer much for myself and my children to be able to stay at a decent hotel for more than a day or two. They also didn't offer help with moving expenses while the repairs were being done.. I believe her name is Susan, she kept telling me, (the distraught at the time) client, that they operated off of the donated dollar and yadda yadda yadda .. things that during this time should not be shared with the person that going through a difficult time. My damages occurred in 2015, it took me almost four years to write a review, I am still deeply affected and upset about the whole experience. Susan was not compassionate by far. I had just had a new born, my baby was less than 2 weeks old and she did not care whether or not we had sufficient shelter during our time of need. My place was deemed unlivable by her staff and she still jad little to no consideration. I know people that have donated here (military vets that fought for and protected this so called country) and they would be appalled at the treatment that some receive when they go for relief. I could explain in very in depth and thorough detail but, I'd write a book, so I'll stop here ..but it still bothers me deeply when I think of the treatment and "relief" I received.

If I could give no stars, that would be the more appropriate “star” rating. Terrible attitudes and unfriendly staff to the people who are donating not only their product, but also their time. Also, it’s the only place where you can give blood in a room of other strangers next to you, but people you know are not allowed to talk to or be next to you without being threatened with a $10,000 fine for doing so claiming a confidentiality breech although authorized by the donor. I’d take my donations to a different provider.

Always have friendly people.

No, just schedule an appointment to donate. And make sure you are hydrated and eat a good meal prior to donating.
Just call before you come unless you don't mind waiting
I think they ask if you have travel outside of the U.S. in the past 3 months. If you fill out the rapid pass, on the App. It will ask you questions to be sure you can donate. Hope this helps.
