Yes. They don't need your license...just your registration and insurance. Btw, it's suggested to keep your registration in your wallet or purse..NOT in the car. If the car is ever stolen and thief is ever pulled over..he/she can't claim the car was loaned to them. At the very least they might get a ticket...which, obviously, would be a major problem for a thief. Or the cop might decide to call the owner to confirm, which again would be a problem. Finally, the person would not be allowed to drive the car without proof of registration. So, yeah, do not keep your registration in the car.
