Yes the inspection is free here but lines are long and take 3-4 hours to get to the inspection pit if you are not early. You can also get the car privately inspected at a local authorized garage which you can find on the NJ MVC site but there may be a charge for that
Yes but you have to be early at 6:45 is good to get out from there fast and they are good very fast
