Even if they currently don't, you can ask them to order it and usually they will. I've asked them to order the board game Pandemic and they did.
I don't have that board game. However you should realize that asking a question on this site does not get a response from the business. This site asks questions of people who may have been to the business. So, your question would have been better worded as such... Does anyone know if Kit Kringle carries the board game,"Escape Room"?
