Can I just show the tickets on my phone instead of printing off a copy? We do not have a printer. We had to save up for the tickets, so we can not pay office max or any other facility that has the option to pay to copy.

You should be able to that. You should call the box office to ask your question. I'd do this to be on the safe side. Most likely they'll honor your ticket purchase on your phone.
