I'm pretty sure their not. We are currently inn the process of adopting. I've heard nothing about it being a kill shelter.
Julie voorhees animal shelter awa on centre rd are really reasonable most shots are $15-$20. Heart worm pills for a year are $46-48 for a full year.. when you have a special need for a pet they have a good reference vet they use on operations as well as teeth cleaning. Also they aren't a kill shelter.
