I was here to do a big lock job. Apartments are nice inside and the maintenance man "MO" is great. It was so hot outside and our 2 day job was outside the whole time. And Mo took good care of us. Thanks Mo

It is 55 plus move in fee ? goes by income
The wait is between 6 months to 1 year however I put in an application for my mom last March and an opening came up for May. I don't recall an application fee.
