You can probably go online or if that doesn't work when they open for the season there is a customer service counter where they should be able to help you. You get your season pass there also.

You should absolutely contact custamer service. You can do it in park or by phone. They should without question offer you new passes. My mother lost two season passes last year and they were very good about replacing them for her. Hope this helps.
