My son purchased three entry tickets for us which are in his name. He will not be coming with us to the Six Flags. Will there be an issue for the three of us in entering the park next week?

Yes if he purchased the tickets he must show his id before claiming remaining tikets if any questions i would be sure to contact six flags before heading out to trip.
