How far back can u go in ur system to look up a receipt for an item purshased..

Call and ask them

One year, card number if used.DATE,TIME,TOTAL....

We had a fadded recipt that was a year old and only had register number and found it.

I agree with Ashley. Call and ask customer service. Also, having the actual receipt would probably be helpful.
