Walmart has no conception of service
Forget why they aren't answering the phones.I HATE WALMART. I need a Xanax just to go in there. I refuse to use self checkout. I don't get paid to be a cashier. Then there's what 2 registers open it of the 20 they have. I try to be understanding because there's not to many people wanting to work I get it. But I also see at least a dozen employees walking around doing nothing. Go get the buggies from the parking lot at least. First I have to get my own buggy then you want me to play cashier.

Poorly staffed, shelves ravaged, less cashier's and more self checkout, all about money and making it, I experience high anxiety and frustration EVERY TIME I go there.They haven't become one of the world's largest chains and richest families through ignorance, they know what they're doing. Forget about the phone, there's no human being close to it.
Retail store reps aren't trained to provide any assistance via phone so if you are calling a local store they are not answering. Walmart outsources it's customer service via phone to a third party call center that is wildly understaffed to address the amount of calls coming into it, why? Because they don't want you to call, they want you to come to their stores. That's why it's near impossible to get help via phone.
Maybe we just aren't that interesting. Maybe they don't want to get phone cooties. Maybe they are much too busy. The simple fact is, they just don't want to. Lazy walmart beefy jerkies. There is no need to be that helpful! Get in line or get kicked out for loitering. Nobody cares about you here.

Yeah this Walmart (along with several other locations) can't seem to get their stuff together. EVER. No staff to work check-outs, no staff to unlock cases for certain merch, no staff to stock shelves. FORGET staff to bring buggy's in from the parking lot! If you need a buggy, ya better get it on your way in bc there is ZERO chance of getting one inside. I don't know how the Walmart Brand/Corporate higher ups allow the shenanigans that go on here. Oh, wait. Yes I do. Despite ALL these flaws, the place to always busy as hell!
