Never seems to be enough employees present, the few who did punch-in to work are avoiding customers for whatever reason.
Well I personally believe that they don't want to deal with anyone and be helpful because they don't want to be there in the first place.. secondly, they are not thinking that they should treat people like they would want to be treated!!
Gotta say I agree. Can't get help on phone at all. Their pick up service is abysmal. I moved here from another city where the Walmart pick up grocery service was great and saved time and trouble. The four times I've tried it in N charleston (at 3 different locations) literally took longer than going in and shopping myself. So.....what's the point? The delivery service is no better. Over two hours over stated delivery time both times!!! Hire some help, folks, so you can maybe take care of your customers?!
They do not have anyone to man the phones. Management did not see the phones as a priority.
They might be a little busy
Nobody wants to know what I think about Walmart on Rivers Avenue. Trust me long before covid they were the worst employees of any establishment that I have ever been into. Now since covid is hit they are ten times worse than they ever. were if that's even possible to be any worse than they are. Sadly I know it's a rough job before covid I'm talkin about. It's not for everyone if you don't like people don't fing work with the public. Get another job!!!! And make your effing self happy. And at the same time you'll make the people around you happy also. Spread a little happy.
I agree with Deana
Deana Robles nah they're just following instructions on not answering Some of the employees are happy to be there and are helpful to me anywho much love hlr
Hello Jenny, it's true from all three answers. Services are different in each Walmart, it's really sad, and yes the app is in the now....plus they want more money and work less......some people are happy and some people, well......no matter where you work or what you do....
Everything is done by the app. In-store customer service is a thing of the past. :(
