Love this Forest. Mountain Biking ,Hiking , dispersed primitive camping, But finding this past several times at Halfway creek Homeless folks. Same people camping in the same spots with same gear. 14 day stay not inforced there I guess?

The rules are posted at Trail head kiosk. No excuses. Squatters. And rules are rules. Just need to enforce them or don't post them.

You hardly ever see a forest ranger out here checking

If they do not know. I know there is a time limit to stay out there and since they often do not check.
