No, not really. The parking lot is very small also. A lot of congestion But the food is good.

There are limited spaces right out front in a gravel area (not paved). Otherwise parking is limited as in most places in downtown Charleston so if you can uber or walk, I suggest that. We walked from Mills House Wyndham hotel to Fleet and it wasn't bad.
Parking is very limited and check the signs posted as we had to pay a $14.00 parking ticket.

Yes. The parking lot is available as soon as you turn in and the restaurant is toward the end near the water. A short walk and easy access. I am not sure about parking space: lunch vs dinner though.
