No charge. There is a dirt road and the building itself is roped off by the Colleton County Historcial and Preservation Society. Also, Col. Issac Hayne (hanged by the British as a traitor during the American Revolution) is buried nearby, as well as Capt. John Herbert Dent (who captained the USS Constitution during the Barbary Wars and the War of 1812).
Free and great back road driving down Parker's Ferry, be sure to stop at boat ramp way down road but the river view there so pristine. The Thomas Payne grave around from Pon Pon also a gem to visit!
