Hello Frankie - Our recommendation is to work with your regular veterinarian to discuss treatment options as they would know what is best for your pet's condition and care.
We love Banfield in Arden. Dr Pfaum and Dr Reynolds are great. They are a very busy office but usually have more than one Doctor there. I have never had an issue and have been with Banfield 10 years now. Upstate Vet is a specialty office and very pricey. Money comes first after signing their agreement then your pet.
Upstate Veterinary Specialists is who was recommended to me for my pup.
Not banfield. Although they do have a few redeeming qualities, i.e. (they seem to actually care for animals) they are a poorly managed operation. They struggle to even answer phones and I've personally had to wait 3 days for them to simply call my pharmacy to send in a prescription my dog DESPERATELY needs. I called them 6+ times a day asking them to send in that prescription and every time I was told they are busy but would as soon as possible, again, and again, and again..... just save yourself the headache and go somewhere other then Banfield.
