What a great spot. Right on the river, walking/hiking trail runs right through it, and so close to downtown Asheville. We will be back!

Overall a okay place to park with an RV. It’s just that our 43ft. motorhome was a bit too big here, and the access/egress process is very challenging for a coach our size. Love the walking/biking trail that runs right through the park, and the riverside location is nice. Wi-Fi was non-existent and the major highway just above the park is noisy much of the time. Access to Asheville was good for exploring.

I don't mind the sound of the highway. We have had no issues sleeping as I saw other reviews speak of. The trail running through the middle is unique and you'll see lots of families, bikers, and runners pass through. We have enjoyed the stay here and you can't beat the distance to all the great things to see and do.

Small but Beautiful cozy park. Access can be bit challenging for 40ft plus motorhomes.

How much are monthly rents?
Yes
We sure do with both hookups and no hookups sites!
Yes they allow dogs, but they must be on a leash.
Yes, tent camping is in an open field for $20 per night for 2 adults, $10 each additional adult. Thanks!
You have to call them directly and talk to them about it.
There is a limit of 6 people per tent site. 2-3 smaller tents is not a problem.
It changes thru the session you will need to call
You need to contact Wilson's, friend. This is crowd-sourced Google reviews... great place for public opinions, but not a great way to contact the business.
Open year round.
Correct agree with Joseph. We got around this by simple lining our camper frame with pool noodles.
The phone is answered at the RV shop I think, which may not have been open. The first trailer on the right houses the person who checks you in, in case you get there before they answer. I would expect them to answer on Monday.
Yes
Its a greatplace for year round camping
They do not its just open lots for rv hook up and a small piece of land to throw tents up on. They also have wifi and showers.
We are open year round but the bath house closes in the winter.
Dogs are permitted on leash.
$45 a night usually. Seasonal rates apply.
I don't see why they wouldn't allow pop-ups. They take trailers, RVs, 5-wheels and tents. You'd probably get a site with a cement pad. The tents are off in a grassy fenced area.
Call Mr Wilson
When did you make that flooded video? About a month or so ago.
No but I know they accommodate long term occupancy
We were there for 10 days, so I didn't get a monthly rate. Just call Tony and I am sure he will work something out for you. They can handle your rig (mine is 30' & 30 amp) and you can pick river front or not. Great location for all things Asheville!
