As a homeowner who does not have much experience shopping for electrical supplies, I could not have received a more welcoming, helpful response. Gary and his co-worker educated me along the way about my options, helped me sort out which items I needed, and made a great effort to line up the necessary supplies in their store and by searching their online inventory. Having wandered the aisles of many box stores to find someone knowledgeable who could help, I found it quite refreshing to have such knowledgeable, caring and thorough assistance from the moment I stepped into their store.
