We have been working with Cindy and the Team at AHP for the last couple of months. Our HOA requires a greenbuilt certified home. AHP has been very proactive and willing to assist us in this type of build. We were able to save about $125,000 over a custom builder we were previously going to use. Today we just closed on our bank loan and hopefully construction will be able to start in about a month. We will update our review as the build progresses. But so far it has been a great experience.

Congratulations to the entire team! We're into our foundation at less than a month into our home building project. The project management team keeps us updated regularly. If we have questions or comments, their answer is a phone call away. If a message needs to be left, we get an answer the same day. They even have a APP to share updates and photos of their progress. This is the way home building is supposed to happen. The team is always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. AND, in these days, they stay on schedule without delays! America's Home Place Asheville, NC has been amazing to work with! From the moment we went in to consult in December 21' to currently being on the rough-in stage of our build less than 3 months after breaking ground, they have been great. At this point we have worked with everyone in the office and each interaction was professional, patient, and informative. We get at least a weekly update with pictures on project progress and next steps. So far we are very impressed with the pace of build and all is moving along right on schedule. Super excited for our pre-drywall walkthrough next week! Looking forward to expanding this review at project completion!
