I am assisting my 95-year-old father, who lives in Columbia, with applying for Aid & Attendance. Can I apply in person at the office in Columbia? Would my father need to be with me (he is quite frail). Is it possible to make an appointment?

If you have a power of attorney you can come without him and there are no appointments, I would suggest come at 8am
