Feely only thing you need is a valid driver's license, debt/credit card in your name if you're the person renting. And they'll definitely hold $200 until you return the rental back. You'll get your 200 within a day or so depending on your bank. I never had to show any proof of income
If using debit card, they may ask for 2 Bill's in your name... a check stub can be one so that could be why someone said proof of income. But yes, $200 HELD whether debit or credit... with credit card, no Bill's needed.
