I'm a tech at lia Honda. The wrench means your due for service. The tire pressure light will not go off until it is manually reset.

As was said, the wrench most likely means your due for an oil change. For the tires, the light does not actually mean it is low on air, but the rotation was slightly off from previous. When a tire has less air, it will rotate at a different rate. If all are properly inflated, go into the system information on the in dash infotainment and reset it. When you do so, you'll need to drive it for a bit or it will come on again. If it continues to come on, you may need to see the service department so they can check it out.

The wrench tells you the car is due for maintenance and it sounds like you may have a hole in one tire or you overfilled it. Read the sticker in the drive's side door and it will tell your the correct pressure.
