What time does receiving comes in
You can check out any time but can't buy without joining as member.
You can go in the store and check it out at any time. If yoy like the prices you join. I will tell you though that they give you a discount on gas with the membership. Not sure exactly how much but I'd say about 10c/g or a little more probably
