Rarely do I provide a 5-star rating, but I cannot think of anything they could improve upon. They show up on the day and in time for their scheduled appointment. They have everything they need with them and even some odds and ends when there is something unexpected to deal with. They do the job right and then they leave. In addition, they are genuinely enthusiastic about the job they do which makes them a pleasure to work with. In addition, I would like to offer an excellent rating for Mike Christon a technician there. His knowledge, skill, and willingness to get things done right makes a service call something to look forward to as he teaches as he goes along.

A few months back I purchased a new Anthem receiver from Audio advice. The receiver ended up needing to be returned to the manufacturer for service. As soon as the replacement unit was received Mike called to let me know it cam in and installed it that day. Great customer service on his part. Eric
