PNC Arena has made many accomodations for those with special needs at their facility, but it is hard to say what accommodations they could make for sensory autism issues. Those types of changes would probably involve having a whole extra concert to change lighting and sound, which the band would be involved in scheduling. They are probably there only for one night I assume. When I take my son to concerts I take his ear protection and we also take sunglasses in case the lighting get to bright! Good luck!
That's probably going to be on you to make sure that your child has what he needs to make himself comfortable. It's a concert. It's going to be loud, bright, and congested. Be prepared
U may want to call pnc and ask them
