Original builder chimney topper was very rusted out, needed to replaced. I asked for estimate ($99) on website. Got a phone call quickly - appointment. Estimator came, very nice, explained what needed to replaced. Order new topper; stainless steel. Installers came with new topper. Removed old topper. Took pictures of before & after. Cleaned up. Very nice installers. Price includes topper, installation, and estimate reduces full price. Overall a very good experience.

Mr. Smokestack converted our existing wood burning fireplace into a gas fireplace. Overall we were very pleased with the experience and results. The estimate and scheduling process went smoothly, as did the installation from Greg and team. The results look great. It was cool enough this September morning we were able to test it out and look forward to using it for years to come. We would recommend Mr. Smokestack.

I'm not sure what service you are looking to have done, but we typically start by inspecting and cleaning ( if needed) your fireplace looking for any risks of heat transfer or water penetration issues.
