I got a gift from a harley store in.another city. It does not fit. I have a receipt. Will other harley stores exchange it for me?

No, each store is independent owned. Unless they are part of the same franchise.

They're in Swannanoa, not Asheville. As HD shops are independently owned, i doubt they'll give you cash for another stores merch..

I keep hearing how great Swannanoa not Asheville HD is. You have got be kidding me! Besides the 800.00 over charge they used the wrong bushings on my handle bars and as I was zipping down rt. 40 my bars fell into my lap! Any idea how disconcerting that can be? At 70mph! On top of that, the first set was wrong so they said they defiantly got the right ones and they charged me for both install and labor on the wrong ones as well. I have bought 3 bikes since from various dealers and would never bring my bikes there. Personal experience of course!
