I was in there 5/24/19 .. around 8pm, there were 8 employee in there, I ordered 2 chicken sandwich, I waited 18 minutes to get my sandwiches, there's no sense, one girl was dancing around, so I take it there was no manger there, .

Should have recorded a video of employees dancing around while you waited eighteen minutes. That way you'd have evidence to submit to corporate.

Call the corporate office about it

Judy is normally there cracking the whip on everyone she may have been out at the moment. The other day a lady wanted a blizzard unmixed and the boy behind the counter did it and Holy Hell was unleashed upon him because he didn't mix it by the manager. 99.9% of the time she's always there. If you have any concerns you should go talk to her about it.

I definitely agree there is no sense in taking that long with that many workers there!!!
