When u call to speak to someone they put you on hold for 18 minutes? Is that the question?
They never have enough employees working the service center. It takes my husband about 15-30 minutes every week to just cash his paycheck.
A phone you bought? I had the same problem with Metro...smalllllll print says no refund, no return. I was stuck with a POS phone. I kept my old one and think I sold that mess. Is that what you are asking?
