Question? What is wrong with this store? I had to wait over twenty to thirty minutes to get check out why? They have 5 to 7 employee walking the floor or hang out in the back why? Try to call no one answered the phone why?

Unprofessional employees who are high and ghetto. I see then argue and threaten people all the time. I've seen many people walk out because if the way they act. They get irritated when anyone asks for help. Especailly from the big girl and black girl who both have been working there for years

I have visited the store recently and waited quite a while in the checkout line. The only saving grace of the situation was I got some great deals and the cashier was very courteous. I wouldn't let it bother me if I walked out of the store saving a bunch of money. Just know when you go you must have time on your hands to wait. That's unfortunate that they did not answer the phone. Shame on the 99 Cent Only store! Maybe a trip to the store asking for the manager would be suffice!

Its called poor management. You never make a customer wait when they want to give you money!
