Bears, coyotes and red fox yes. Perhaps a Bobcat, but no Mt lion nor wolves this far South in NY
Bears and coyotes do utilize habits such as the Goosepond Mountain area, though it's a very, very rare that you would see one, especially during daylight hours. I've been hiking the area for about 10 years, and in all that time have never seen a single one at Goosepond.
