I love living at Knollcest Apartments. The rent is reasonable and Izzy and John are great BUT please please update the bathrooms !

I feel that the apartments need to be updated especially since their sign says they are luxury apartments but they seem to have not been renovated for a very long time, specifically the bathroom. Other than that I enjoy living here because it is much quieter and friendly than where we moved from. I would definitely recommend Knollcrest as someone’s next home.

I had no idea the laundry room and the boiler room for the building would be right under my bedroom, the smells are horrible especially at night when I hear 2 men talking loud and smoking all night down there. I also wasn’t told that the chimney for the building was also in my bedroom and that entire wall gets filled with black mold every time it gets moist! I have horrible asthma so BIG mistake living here. Then on top of all that, I came home numerous times to find my kitchen flooded because the pipes under the sink keeps disconnecting. All these buildings need a huge upgrade. Paying 1,475 a month isn’t worth it.
