No shortage on cardio opportunities, and the sauna is an amazing benefit. It’s old school body building style just adds to its charm. Highly recommend

I just love this gym. Large facility with every piece of equipment needed to help people reach their goals. Personal interactions with the staff everyday. This gym truly supports everyone trying to reach a goal, whether it be getting on a stage or a great weight loss transformation. It's a privilege to have my photo on the wall at this place. This is where I train, do the work, enjoy the staff! There's gyms much closer to my house but my family is at BSF!

I’ve been coming here for probably 5 or 6 years now. It’s a great place, they have something for everyone whether you are new to the gym or an experienced lifter. Plus it’s a much better atmosphere than the big corporate gyms.
