The trail is a 1.5 mile figure 8 loop and you can ride your bike there. I like riding there because on a bike you can surprise the wildlife. I've seen fox, deer, and groundhog.
!!!No Biking Anymore!!! Unfortunately, no more biking. I talked with park patrol. The restriction was added 3 weeks ago.
Sorry, bikes are no longer allowed on the trails due to collisions and close calls with pedestrians, and wildlife crossing on narrow paths, though is very relaxing and scenic to walk on.

Definitely, go ahead and ride your bike on the trail...there are multiple trails note they are also utilized by pedestrians so be vigilant of them...
