Lovely park for young kids. The playground is safe and has a wide variety of swings. Surrounding woods have picnic benches for families. However grilling isn't permitted so that's a bit of a negative.

Yes you do need a permit & you purchase it in Secaucus town hall.. in the town clerk's office I believe
